EP8: The Power of Living in Integrity - with Anand Patel

Anand Patel is a physician based in Chicago. He came to a point in life where he realised he wasn't living true to his greatness. 

Caught up in societal expectations, looking at other peoples LinkedIn profiles asking himself "where did I go wrong?".

He was that person who said he was going to meditate and go to the gym but them not following through which resulted in more unhealthy health habits that didn't serve his energy.

He joined Project Hero to live in integrity with himself. To escape the chaotic mind and slow down to connect with his greatness to then achieve non-linear success. He wanted to get out of his own way and actually become the master of his mind rather than its servant.

In this interview, we go deep on his journey of personal transformation. 

Who he is BEING in the world has now completely shifted and through this so has his relationships, his health, his career and importantly, his mindset.
